Topclad™GC
HEAVY DUTY SOLID-COLORED ROOFING AND CLADDING SYSTEM
Topclad™GC is a solid-colored heavy roofing and cladding material utilizing advanced FRP technology to formulate a corrosion resistant cladding system. Topclad™GC is aesthetically identical to all metal roof sheeting.
Key Benefits
- Designed to withstand most corrosive environments, the materials and coating of Topclad™GC ensure durability.
- Offers superior corrosion resistance and remains unaffected by solvents, while resisting most acids and alkalis.
- Topclad™GC is an aesthetically appealing fiberglass reinforced roof sheet that matches all metal roofing sheets and profiles.
- CLIMATEX Gel Coating of 100 microns prevents fiber visibility and extends the longevity of the roofing sheets.
- Provides excellent UV resistance and reduces solar heat transmission.
- Lightweight materials allow for easy handling and installation.

Specification
Raw Material
Vinyl ester resin is produced using a specialized process from New Zealand. It has an opaque color, and the resulting sheets are strong and resistant to chemical corrosion.
Top Coating
EXO-SET 205: A high-quality gel coat layer produced with technology from New Zealand, with a thickness of 100 microns for effective UV protection.
Fiber Glass
High-quality fiberglass is used to enhance the strength of the translucent sheets, ensuring a long lifespan and resistance to cracking.
Bottom Film
Our final translucent sheet product using CHP Production Technology will result in a fully cured product. Hence the bottom film is no longer required and will be removed to prevent delamination.
Production Process
Our production process utilizes advanced CHP (Cumene Hydroperoxide) technology, which operates at higher temperatures and incorporates a longer production line compared to the traditional MEKP method. As a result, our product is fully cured and highly durable.
Thickness / Weight
The standard weight for Topclad GC is 2800 GSM (1.9 mm)
Other weights up to 3660 GSM (2.5 mm) are available subject to minimum order.
