Specification

Raw Material
Using high-quality resin and UV Absorber Stabilizer Technology (UVAS), developed by research and development centers in New Zealand, has led to the creation of NZA-5, an additive that enhances the resin’s resistance to UV radiation and ultraviolet light. This not only prolongs the lifespan of fiberglass translucent roofing sheets but also helps maintain the quantity of light passing through into the building for a longer period.

Top Coating
UVIC (Impeding Coating Technology) is a crucial technology for coating the top surface of EcoGlass translucent fiberglass roofing sheets to protect against UV radiation. This technology ensures that the UV-resistant coating adheres firmly without peeling off.

Fiberglass
High-quality fiberglass strands are utilized to enhance the strength of translucent sheets, ensuring a long lifespan and resistance to easy cracking.

Bottom Film
Our final translucent sheet product using CHP Production Technology will result in a fully cured product. Hence the bottom film is no longer required and will be removed to prevent delamination.

Production Process
Our production process utilizes advanced CHP (Cumene Hydroperoxide) technology, which operates at higher temperatures and incorporates a longer production line compared to the traditional MEKP method. As a result, our product is fully cured and highly durable.
