PROFAST™ BATTENS are have undergone testing by the “King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Thailand” and have been found to meet weight load standards, making the roof stronger, more durable and less susceptible to water leakage and damage.
ProFast Instant Plaster has been tested by the King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and found to meet standards for weight-bearing and flexibility. This ensures that the roof is strong, durable, and resistant to damage and water leakage.
High Strength, Durable and Quick to Install
PROFAST™ BATTENS are manufactured from high-tensile steel (G550) that has been coated with aluminum and zinc to prevent rust using advanced machinery. They are engineered to be both strong and lightweight. Due to their high-tensile properties, technicians can step on them without causing deformation.
Available in 3 types and 3 thicknesses.
Selectable based on suitability for different types of roofing.
Caution: Use appropriate purlin spacing for the roof to ensure structural strength and installer safety.

Durable sturdy and easy to work with.
Pre-fabricated profiles are manufactured from high tensile steel (G550) coated with an aluminum/zinc alloy to prevent corrosion. They are formed using state-of-the-art machinery.
The engineered ‘profile’ ensures the strength of the panel while keeping it lightweight. Combined with high tensile strength properties, it allows installers to stand on the panel during installation without it bending or deforming.
