FIX-GREEN self-drilling screw is engineered for durability and longevity with a double anti-rust coating. It has passed the stringent AS3566 Class-2 test, including a 500-hour salt spray test (which exceeds the standard requirement of a mere 240-hour) and 5 cycles of the Kesternich test. FIX-GREEN comes with a 5-year rust-proof warranty and is compatible with AZ50 metal sheets.
FIX-GREEN can be used with various types of steel purlins of varying thickness including:
- V-TEKS for thin purlins from 0.4 to 1.2mm
- STL-1 for galvanized steel purlins and C-sections from 1.2 to 2.1mm
- X-TITE for galvanized steel purlins and C-sections from 1.2 to 2.4mm
- TEKS48 for thicker steel purlins and gutter steel from 2.2 to 6.5mm

FIX-GREEN comes with a 5-year rust proof warranty and a 15-year usage warranty. They are compatible with AZ50 to AZ70 coated metal sheets.
1. CLIMATEX™ -2 Coating System
Epoxy polymer resin barrier layer that provides exceptional protection against oxidation, heat, chemicals and scratches.
2. Electro Plated Zinc Coating
A minimum zinc coating of not less than 98% with a coating thickness of 8 microns that conforms to AS3566 Class-2 standards.
3. Optimal Steel Hardness
Controlled heat treatment processes that prevent hydrogen embrittlement and result in optimal hardness on both the surface and core of fasteners, thus avoiding any metallurgical defects.
