Sealex Sx-100
SEALEX Sx-100 is a high performance sealant and adhesive based on hybrid technology. Sealex Sx-100, having only 2% VOC is a green sealant suitable for all green building designs.
SEALEX Sx-100 can be used on wet surfaces and has excellent weathering capabilities and high resistance to ultraviolet. It does not attract dirt particles and does not stain. It can be painted and used in both external and internal applications.

NO BUBBLE, NO FOAM, NO HOLLOW, NON-SHRINKAGE
Sx-100 when fully cured remains flexible yet provides a solid and excellent adhesion without any air bubbles, gassing or shrinkages.
PU (Polyurethane) sealants show signs of degradation, shrinkage and air bubbles after prolonged exposure to UV and moisture.
